CHOCOLATE

A moist chocolate sponge filled with rich chocolate buttercream finished with a bittersweet dark chocolate ganache.

 

VANILLA

Layers of light vanilla sponge, with a creamy vanilla buttercream filling.

COCONUT CAKE WITH COCONUT BUTTERCREAM

A silky smooth flavour, with the perfect amount of sweetness

 

LIGHT SPICED

FRUIT CAKE

Similar to a Dundee cake, with the exception that the fruit is soaked in spiced rum and vanilla.

CHOCOLATE

& SALTED CARAMEL

A moist chocolate sponge filled with sticky salted caramel, and salted caramel buttercream. Finished with a bittersweet dark chocolate ganache.

CARROT CAKE

A moist carrot cake sponge, which can contain: sultanas, pecans and/or coconut. Filled with either rich vanilla or cream cheese buttercream.

MARSHMALLOW CRISPY AND/OR ROCKY ROAD

For the core of a sculpted cake topper or for larger details on a  completely sculpted cake , we recommend a marshmallow crispy cake, or a pecan rocky road for their maturity and strength. 

ESPRESSO

COFFEE

A rich espresso coffee sponge layered with light mascarpone coffee buttercream.

 

RED VELVET

Layers of subtle red velvet sponge, with a delicate cream cheese mascarpone filling. Covered in a rich chocolate ganache.

 

LEMON

A light lemon sponge, soaked with lemon and Limoncello syrup and filled with white chocolate and lemon ganache...or if preferred a zesty lemon curd and/or buttercream.

MAPLE

PECAN

A moist pecan sponge, layered with delicate maple buttercream.

 

ALMOND

An almond sponge with a dark cherry conserves and almond buttercream. Sprinkled with toasted almonds.
